Instructions for using the video conferencing capabilities within the B3131 Coquitlam Indigenous Gathering Space.
Step-by-step guide

Room Controller
The Coquitlam Indigenous Gathering Place has video conferencing capability with:
- Touch Panel
- Built-in computer with wireless keyboard & mouse
- Laptop input
- Large-screen monitor
Before video conference: pre-schedule & send out invitations

Turn on the system
- Tap Anywhere To Begin to activate the touch panel controller. The main control page (Meeting Mode) will appear.
- Ceiling Microphones are installed in room and automatically turn on with the system. Use the Ceiling Mics button to mute or unmute them as needed.

Open video conference
Use the built-in PC with wireless keyboard & mouse:
- Select the PC button on Touch Panel.
- View your computer screen on the large screen monitor.
- Log in to PC using your Douglas College CNA credentials with the wireless keyboard and mouse.
- Use Teams, Zoom or any preferred online video conferencing application.
- Open your pre-scheduled meeting link.

Video conferencing settings
When joining a meeting, verify the following settings if necessary:
- Mic: Set to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Tisera FORTE)
- Speakers: Set to Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Tisera FORTE)
- Camera: Set to Minrray

In-room use only. Does not work in a video conference.

System shut down
- End your video conference.
- Log out and close the software application.
- Sign out of the meeting room PC.
- On Touch Panel:
- Select the Shutdown button (bottom-left corner).
- The Shutdown Confirmation page opens stating: This action requires confirmation.
- Select Confirm.
- Place wireless keyboard and mouse on table
