Intermittent access to Google Services

There may be errors when trying to access Google's suite of services like Docs and Sheets on campus.

Problem

You might see the error below when trying to access Google's suite of services like Docs and Sheets.

Solution

Although not guaranteed, the following workaround might mitigate the issue. Unfortunately, access to Google services from the College network remains inconsistent.

• Navigate to the Google homepage: https://www.google.ca
• Sign in to your Google account here.
• Once signed in, accessing Google applications through the apps menu (upper right corner of the browser window) may work.

The College offers employees and students the Microsoft suite of services, Microsoft 365.
