At Douglas College, you have access to two video conferencing tools that support online learning: Zoom and Microsoft Teams. These resources allow you to attend virtual class sessions, meet with classmates remotely, collaborate on assignments in real time and more.
Zoom
Zoom features video and audio conferencing, collaboration, chats and webinars across mobile devices, desktops and telephones. It is integrated into the Blackboard system and may be used by your instructor for teaching or open office hours.
You don’t need your own Zoom account to join course-created Zoom sessions.
