Navigate the Solutions site easily with its search features, simplifying access to the Services and Knowledge Base sections.
Layout
The site is divided into two major sections: Services and Knowledge Base, which are the names for this site's service catalogue and knowledge base (KB) sections. Currently, only IT Services is available in these sections (as of June 2025).
Browsing the site
Browsing for services
- View an index of services: Select the Services tab to view the service catalogue in a category view. If you want to view all services in alphabetical order, select Services A-Z on that page.
- Browse services by category: Select the Services tab to view the service catalogue categories. Each category holds related services within that category.
- View recently visited services: Select the Services tab. The most frequently used services and services you have visited are listed on the right side of the screen.
- Browse related articles: Several articles have related articles listed on the right of the screen. If the article you are viewing isn't exactly what you're looking for, check this section first.
Browsing for information
- Browse articles by category: Select the Knowledge Base tab to see the top-level article categories.
- Browse related articles: Several KB articles have related articles listed on the right of the screen. If the article you are viewing isn't exactly what you're looking for, check this section first.
Searching the site
Use the global search bar in the top right corner for quick access to service catalogue entries and knowledge base articles. You can search with a single or multiple keywords. If you cannot find the information you need, try adjusting the tags or keywords you are using in your search.
