Service explanation
Students Helping Students is a service that offers troubleshooting support for issues related to IT services and online learning tools including login assistance, computer functionality, campus printing, Wi-Fi, navigating the College website, Blackboard and more.
This service is available for Douglas College students on campus. Support is provided by co-op students at the IT Services' service counters within the Douglas College Libraries (New West and Coquitlam only).
