Service explanation
Student Helping Students is a service that offers troubleshooting support for issues related to IT services and online learning tools including login assistance, computer functionality, campus printing, Wi-Fi, navigating the College website, Blackboard and more.
This service is available for Douglas College students on campus. Support is provided by a co-op student at the IT Services' service counter within the New Westminster Douglas College Library.
