What is it used for?

Microsoft 365 is a collection of services that provides you with Microsoft Office applications and email service in the cloud, so you do not need to physically install them on each PC, laptop or mobile device you use. As a Douglas College registered student and/or employee, you have free access to it.

Besides your Douglas College email account, you will be able to use applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will also have 1 TB of OneDrive space in the cloud. These services will help you keep track of your documents, assignments and all the important information you need to thrive.

Douglas College provides all active staff and students with a Microsoft 365 A5 license.
