This guide provides step-by-step instructions for the login process using Multifactor Authentication (MFA) at the Centralized Sign-in page.
- Please sign in with your College Network Access (CNA) username and password then click or tap on “Sign in” button to proceed to next step.
- Depending on the Microsoft 365 MFA setup for the individual, different verification methods may be presented after entering the correct CNA credentials. The verification code below is only for demonstration purpose, the exact verification code may differ.

For two-digit verification code, please enter the matching two-digit verification code in the Microsoft Authenticator app.

If prompted to enter a verification code without any number notification, please enter the matching six-digit one-time passcode as the verification code. The one-time passcode can be found in the Microsoft Authenticator app. If hardware token is used, please retrieve the verification code from the token device.

To choose a different verification method, please click or tap on “Use a different verification option”. Please note that everyone may have different verification method setup. Therefore, it is normal if not all the verification options are present.

After entering the correct CNA credentials and successfully verifying MFA, the user will be logged in.
MFA setup not present scenario:

When the page displays “More information required”, the user will be directed to set up their MFA. Click or tap on “Next” button.
