Viewing tickets on the Solutions site

Description

Use this site to view, comment on or update your existing ticket requests.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Navigate to the Solutions site at https://solutions.douglascollege.ca/ 
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. Once you are signed in, click: https://solutions.douglascollege.ca/TDClient/163/Portal/Requests/TicketRequests/
  4. Alternately, at the top of the page, click Services. Then on the sub-menu that appears, click Ticket Requests

On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status, department, service, and more.


To view details about a request, click its name.
