This article describes how to connect to Wi-Fi on macOS.

Step-by-Step guide

1. Click the wireless icon on the Apple taskbar, find the eduroam network and select it.

2. Enter your Douglas College email address and College Network Access password, then click Join.

Warning: If there is an “Identity” field, make sure to choose an Identity. Do NOT leave it blank, otherwise your Mac device may not be able to connect to the network.

3. If all goes well, you should be connected. Clicking on the wireless icon, should show a check mark next to eduroam.
