Description
Report an issue with a Douglas College computer or equipment, including:
- Laptop or desktop
- Display or monitor
- Power supply
- Adapter
- Computer labs or public machines
- Keyboard or mouse
- Android device, iPad or iPhone
- Scanners
- Classroom A/V equipment including cameras, sound system, and speakers
Common issue descriptions:
- My monitor isn’t working or turning on
- My laptop isn’t charging
- My screen is cracked
- The machine won’t turn on
- I am having problems with an instructor computer in the lab
- The keyboard or mouse is missing
Eligibility
IT Services does NOT repair student, faculty, staff and emeriti personally owned computers or devices. IT Services is not licensed or bonded to be able to service any personally owned devices.
