Description
N22214 and B2020 are hyflex classrooms with the ability to teach face to face and online at the same time. Both spaces are equipped with a Room Controller, dedicated PC, and a document camera. There are also inputs for a laptop.
Step-by-step guide

The Projector Controller/Touch Panel is connected to the projector, computer, document camera and other inputs in the room. Use the buttons on the touch screen to display the PC, Doc Cam, etc., and to turn the projector on and off.
- Audio microphones and speakers are built into the ceiling.
- Rooms have both a front and a rear projection.
- To adjust desk height use arrow buttons, on lower right of desk.

To display the built-in computer
- Turn the built-in classroom computer on.
- Login using you Douglas College CNA credentials.
- Select the Room Controller/Touch Panel.
- Select the PC button.
- Select Rear or Front Projector Mute once to mute screen. Press it again to display. This step requires 15 seconds to turn the projector back on.

To display a laptop
- An HDMI cable is required to connect to the laptop to the system.
- On the room controller, select Laptop.
- Search "Displaying a Laptop" for more information.

To display a laptop - wireless
- On the Room Controller.Touch Panel, select Clickshare.
- Plug the USB Clickshare transmitter into your laptop.
- On the laptop, under file explorer, find the USB drive labelled Clickshare.
- An HDMI cable is required to connect to the laptop to the system.
- Select either Clickshare_for_Windows or Clickshare_for_MacOSX.
- A "Ready to share to ..." message will appear.
- Press the transmitter button in the middle of the ring. It will turn red.
- Press transmitter button in the middle of the ring again to end screen sharing.
- When finished, unplug the Clickshare transmitter and return it to top of the desk.

To setup a video conference
- This space uses the built in computer to run your Teams or similar video conference solution.
- Microphones and speakers are installed in the ceiling.
- On the Room Controller/Touch Panel, select the PC button.
- Launch your video conference meeting.
- Video camera and microphones have been pre-selected.
- Video cameras can be adjusted on the Room Controller/Touch Panel.
- Turn on rear projection on the Room Controller/Touch Panel.
- To display document camera during the conference, turn on the document camera and select L-12W as your video camera.

System shut down
- Log off the desk PC. (Open Start menu / select Person icon / Sign out)
- On the Touch Panel select Shutdown
- Select Power Down.
