C1008 C1009 - Event Space - Self-Help PA

Description

This document will walk you through the process of setting up and using wired microphones in C1009 or the combined C1009-C1008 event space.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Book microphones, cables and microphone stands from the Douglas College Library. 
  1. The C1009/C1008 PA system is controlled through the Touch Panel room controller located on the C1009 instructor desk.
     
  1. Plug up to 2 wired microphones into the microphone inputs on the wall in C1009.
  2. Select Single Room or Dual Room mode on the Touch Panel.
  3. Select Audio Control to adjust microphone volume.
  4. After the event, use the Shutdown button on the Touch Panel to power down the system before returning borrowed equipment.
