Description
ClickShare is available in select classrooms and meeting spaces. It allows users to wirelessly share their laptop screen to the room display from anywhere in the room. A ClickShare transmitter is located in the room cabinet. The transmitter connects to your laptop and communicates wirelessly with the ClickShare receiver built into the room's display system.

Step-by-step guide
- Use the Classroom Touch Panel located on the instructor desk.
- Select the ClickShare icon.
- Plug the USB-C Clickshare transmitter into your laptop. The circular ring will flash white while installing ClickShare on the laptop.
- Open This PC or File Explorer on Windows or Finder on Mac. Find and open the drive called ClickShare.
- Open the drive and select either Clickshare_for_Windows or Clickshare_for_MacOSX software depending on your brand of laptop
- Double-click the software to install the ClickShare application. The software will install automatically.
- A pop-up screen will appear with this text: Ready to share to "Room Number”
- To start sharing your screen, press the button in the centre of the ClickShare transmitter.
- To stop sharing, press the centre button on the transmitter again.
- Next time you use ClickShare on the same laptop and in the same Classroom, plug in the USB-C ClickShare transmitter and WAIT about 30 seconds to see if the laptop auto-detects it. If not, repeat the steps above.
Shutdown
- Unplug the ClickShare transmitter from laptop.
- Return the ClickShare transmitters to the room cabinet and lock the cabinet.
- Select Shutdown button on Touch Panel.
